​Hi! My name is Christine and I have taken 2 of Kristen's jewelry classes as well as a 1 night class . She recently was the teaching guest at my daughters 9th birthday party at our home. They made gorgeous memory bracelets! Kristen brought her wonderful partner, Miles, along to help out. He is also an incredible artist and so very talented!! Well, they were amazing! Each girl went home with a beautiful creation. And Kristen and Miles just have a magic way with teaching about creating your own special work of art! These 2 artists are going places. I am fortunate to have met them while they are on their way! They are 2 special, talented people!

​I met Kristen Zachares for the first time at the Jewelry Making Class at the James Caldwell High School Adult School.  I have since taken 3 semesters worth of her classes because I have enjoyed them so much.  Kristen  has a talent for teaching and coaxing even the most uncreative people like myself to explore jewelry making.  Under her guidance, I have learned how make beaded necklaces, bracelets and earrings - she taught me about color, texture, measuring, purchasing and finishing all of the jewelry.  She has a patient nature, a great sense of humor  and most of all - she has inspired  and encouraged me to pursue this hobby.  When school was out this summer, I attended her class at Sip & Art in West Orange and had a great time, leaving with a necklace and bracelet that I wear all the time.  I encourage any one of any age or level of talent to find Kristen and have fun!
