All products that are sold through The Eclectic Chic Boutique are handcrafted, created in small batches, are locally sourced, or originally designed. They are curated for quality and uniqueness. We strive to maintain this consistency with all the products that we carry. We also acknowledge that, due to the handmade nature of some of our products, slight variations will occur.
Quality and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, arrives defective, or needs adjusting, it is best to contact us within 7 days upon receiving to discuss all options. We accept returns, refunds and exchanges of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items that are brought to us after the 30 day period are eligible for store credit. When requesting a return, refund, or exchange, please bring your original receipt, which will have been sent to you through your email or text messaging. We do not accept items that are visibly used and opened, or where packaging is significantly damaged, unless that damage occurred during shipping. Custom Orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless a production error occurred.
There is no refund on original shipping charges unless the product was sent out in error or arrived significantly damaged. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer also has the option to drop off the product at our store front during regular store hours to avoid shipping charges.
