Greg is the former owner and chef at GROOV Café and Juice Bar an independent, locally owned and family run café that offered vegetarian plates, fresh Ramen and Pho and wide selection of fresh made juices. GROOV was a growing urban cafe and a social hub within the Montclair’s vibrant and diverse neighborhood that provided made-with-care food in a comfortable, hospitable atmosphere.
Greg created GroovSauce to compliment many of the dishes he served. GroovSauce became so popular he is now focused on bringing this product to a wider audience. Greg works with our suppliers to bring fresh locally grown organic produce when available.
