Chakra & Meditation Classes
Learn more about Reiki & energy healing classes in-person and online from The Eclectic Chic Boutique. We offer classes on Reiki, chakra balancing, chakras, and more at our shop in Montclair, NJ and virtually. Our classes provide a safe space for open discussions. We aim to promote self-care and well-being by increasing knowledge and awareness of the energetic fields. Join one of our Reiki or energy healing classes today!
Classes on Reiki and energy healing are open to all with no previous experience required. You can even work toward a certification in Reiki to become a certified Reiki practitioner. During a Reiki or energy healing class, you will: Learn about the different types of Reiki and energy healing. You will learn about the history of Reiki, how it works and what the benefits are. Students will also learn about chakras and their connections with other parts of our body and energy systems. We will discuss what each chakra stands for, how it relates to our lives and more.

The Selenite Soul-utionLearn about the cleansing and energy healing properties of Selenite. During this class you will learn the different ways Selenite can be used or worn, and how it works. Appropriate for ages 14 and up.

Introduction to the 7 Main ChakrasLearn about the 7 main chakras and how these energy fields work on the physical, spiritual and mental levels and how to use them. Includes a complete chakra kit as well as beginner’s yoga poses for each chakra. Appropriate for participants aged 14 and up.

Creating A Crystal GridLearn about manifesting through the use of a Crystal grid. In this class you will learn what crystals to use to manifest your own intentions, such as love, prosperity, friendship and more. Appropriate for ages 14 and up.

Reiki Healing CircleA Reiki Share or Healing Circle invites everyone to align with the natural healing energy they were born with. You will learn the history of Reiki and how it began in Japan and made its way to the US. You will also learn how to shield, how to raise your vibration, and to give and receive Reiki energy.

Reiki Level 1 Certification: Self Care - ShodenThis is where you learn the foundation of Usui Reiki, originally is from Japan. Not only will you learn all of the traditional hand placements and ways of treating others, but you will be assisted in learning to listen to the healer within. All materials will be supplied. This workshop includes two 4 hour sessions.
$250 per participant or $125 audit without a certificate. For Virtual Class: Participant will need a clean dry work space.

Reiki Level 2 Certification: Becoming A Practitioner - OkudenThis is the entry wherein you become an actual Reiki Practitioner. You will be able to hang out your shingle and begin accepting clients directly after this class. You need to have your Level 1 Certification. This workshop includes two 4 hour sessions.

Reiki Level 3 Certification: Master/Teacher - ShinpidenThis is the entry wherein you become an actual Reiki Master. This level is for those who wish to continue their Reiki journey and have the skills to become a teacher themselves. You will be able to hang out your shingle and begin accepting clients directly after this class. You need to have your Level 1 and 2 Certifications.

Sound Bowl MeditationThis in-depth chakra-based meditation will assist in balancing each of the seven main chakras. This workshop will leave all participants relaxed and releasing stagnant energy. This class utilizes various sound bowls which that entrains stress within the body and assists participants to release the stress.

IN-PERSON CLASSES AVAILABLE IN NJ
Since we are located in Montclair, NJ we are centrally located for those in the tri-state area who might just be just a short drive away or for those who want to make a day trip and enjoy the Garden State along with learning a new skill along the way! We are just 30 minutes outside NYC in downtown Montclair which is nestled between Clifton, Little Falls, Cedar Grove and Verona and just minutes off the Garden State Parkway and Bloomfield, Nutley and Passaic as well as we are just 10 minutes from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair and can be easily reached via mass transit from all local NJ towns.
